response to the news

i am currently doing a legal research for a ngo on this issue.

i do find that smw yields both positive and negative impacts on the low-skilled working groups

but i have interviewed 2 legislators, and one of them did said that enforcement of the law is the most important.

i think likewise and the government is reluctant to legislate it indeed, so i forsee there must be many loopholes in the law.
